Khafre's Pyramid
The Khafre's Pyramid, is the second major of the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids of Giza and the crypt of the fourth-dynasty pharaoh Khafre. The pyramid has a bottom measurement lengthwise of 215.25 m that is equal to 706 feet and at first rises to a tallness of 143.5 m that is equal to 471 feet The Pyramid is completed of Limestone blocks, which does weighing more than two tons each. The grade of the pyramid rise at a 53° 10' angle, steeper than its neighbor Khufu’s pyramid, which has an angle of 51°50'40". The pyramid sits on bedrock 10 m (33 ft) advanced than Khufu’s pyramid, which would make it look taller.
Like the grand Pyramid built by Khafre’s father Khufu, a astound projection was used in the core. Owing to the slope of the plateau, the northwest corner was cut 10 m that is around 33 ft out of the rock subsoil and the southeast bend is build up.
